Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders of $75.00 CAD or more shipping to Canada and free shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more to the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Rubané Jewels is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number and photos of the damage so we can work to resolve the issue.
